Completition of work and interior decoration of Croatia Records retail store in Bogoviceva street 5 in Zagreb . Under the new project, in which we participated as interior designers and overall investment managers , a coffee bar ” Nova ploča” and a new Croatia Records retail store are opened.

We collaborated with Dean Skira, who is the author of the concept and the lighting design, on the ”Rovinjski nar” (Rovinj’s pomengranate) project. We were the chief architects and structural designers.

CONSTRUCTION WORK AT PAULANER HAUPWERVALTUNG STARTED

Announcement: April 19, 2015.
We collaborated with the German project office Leicht, who provided the construction design, on the complete work-shop documentation for the new office building and headquarter of the Paulaner company in Munich. Construction work started in December last year and its completion is scheduled for September 2015. As this is monolithic, prefabaricated and steel building the work will be very demanding. Total construction site area is 10 000 m2.

REBRENDING TRGOVINA WATCH CENTAR

Započeli su radovi na preuređenju prvog od nekoliko u nizu prodajnih mjesta Watch Centar, a čije se otvorenje očekuje uskoro. UPI-2M je zaslužan za izradu novog vizualnog identiteta prodajnih mjesta Watch Centar.
