Announcement: September 4, 2015.

The first tenants are moving into the residential building in Medvedgradska Street in Zagreb. Our office provided the full service design and supervision services of the project.

- CONSTRUCTION OF CITY LIBRARY AND SOCIAL – CULTURAL CENTER PAROMLIN BEGINS
  announcement April 4, 2024. | In the Paromlin complex, the construction of the City Library and Paromlin Social and Cultural Center will begin next week according to the UPI-2M project.
- MONUMENT TO THE HOMELAND OPENED IN ZAGREB
  Announcement December 10, 2020. | The Monument to the Homeland in Zagreb was opened, on which we worked on the construction project, in collaboration with the architect Prof. Nenad Fabijanić.
- PREPARATION PHASE OF THE ZAGREB-PAROMLIN CITY LIBRARY | UPI-2M
  Announcement November 18, 2019 | The construction site in the Paromlin area is currently undergoing a clean-up phase, and a measurement of the current situation will begin this week.
- THE GRAND OPENING OF THE LDC – ATLANTIC GROUP
  Announcement March 26th, 2019. : The official grand opening of logistic and distribution center for Atlantic Group in Vukovina (Velika Gorica, Croatia) was on March 2019.
- COMPETITION FOR CITY LIBRARY OF ZAGREB – PAROMLIN – 1ST PRIZE
  announcement February 28th, 2019: UPI-2M won the 1st prize at the competition for the conceptual architectural-urban solution of the new City Library of the City of Zagreb, which will be built at the site of former „Paromlin“ in the Zagreb.
- LOGISTIC AND DISTRIBUTION CENTER
  Announcement September 5, 2018. Construction of the Logistic and Distribution Center (LDC) in Vukovinsko Polje , Velika Gorica is ongoing. The construction of the center, whose total area will be around 21,000 m2, started in April 2018, and for this project we provided architecture and structures design.
- BRANIMIROVA – HEINZELOVA COMPETITION
  Announcement: May 29, 2018. Our studio has participated in urban-architectural competition for business - residential building in Branimirova - Heinzelova street, Zagreb, Croatia, on which we co-authored with Vedrana Moslavac, Ivan Mostahinić, Ivan Periša and Martina Milošević by winning the 5th prize.
- INTRODUCING BIM TECHNOLOGY
  Announcement: March 8 2016. UPI-2M started with introducing of BIM (Building Information Modeling) design process. By this introduction, through the Allplan 2016 Engineering and SCIA programs, we managed to connect all our processes, from the stage of conceptual thru structural and workshop design, and with this technology we managed to precisely enable all details to be visible in 3D. BIM allows investors to "feel" every detail of the project, and from our perspective it contributes to efficiency, mistake reduction or even confusion and facilitate understanding of the drawings and construction at the site.
